A flat price per page, the model included.

PDFs and images in, markdown with figure coordinates out. A parse costs a fixed number of credits per page and a chat turn costs its tokens. The models are ours to pick and pay for: you bring no API key.

How credits work

One unit for parsing and chat. Reset every period; nothing carries over.

Questions

What happens when the credits run out?: A parse that does not fit is refused before it queues, and a chat turn ends when the balance is gone. Everything already parsed stays readable. The credits come back when the period resets, or at once on an upgrade.
Does a failed parse cost anything?: No. The credits are reserved when a parse queues and released when it fails. Retrying failed pages is free; re-converting a document is a new parse.
Which models run?: Ema Paper picks one parse model and offers a short list of chat models, and changes them over time. There is no key to bring.
How do I pay, and how do I cancel?: Through the customer portal, in the Billing section once signed in. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of its period, then the account is on Free, files kept.
